We understand that plans can change. To support appropriate planning for venues, staffing, and the preparation of course materials, we require advance notice for cancellations.
- 15+ days before: Cancellations made 15 days or more before the course date are eligible for a full refund or a transfer to the online course version (where applicable). Transfers to a future live workshop date may also be available, subject to availability.
- Within 15 days: Cancellations made within 15 days of the course date are not eligible for a refund; however, a transfer to the online course version may be offered where applicable.
